At Starologii, we provide personalised numerology reports, name correction services, astrology guidance, tarot readings, spiritual consultations, and other digital and service-based offerings.

Because many of our services are personalised and delivered digitally, please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

By purchasing from our website or booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products, including but not limited to:

• Numerology Reports
• Name Correction Reports
• Astrology Reports
• Tarot Reports
• Vedic Analysis Reports
• PDF Reports
• Downloadable Content
• Personalised Digital Files

are considered final sale once an order has been processed, created, delivered, or made available.

Because these products are customised specifically for you, we generally do not offer:

• refunds
• cancellations
• exchanges
• returns

except where required by applicable law or under Section 5 of this policy.

2. CONSULTATION SERVICES

Consultation services may include:

• Numerology Consultations
• Astrology Consultations
• Tarot Sessions
• Name Correction Consultations
• Spiritual Guidance Sessions
• Future online or offline consultation services

The following terms apply:

• consultation fees become non-refundable once the consultation has been completed
• rescheduling requests may be considered prior to the scheduled session, subject to availability
• failure to attend without prior notice may result in the consultation being treated as completed
• consultation-specific terms displayed at the time of booking may also apply

3. WHY REFUNDS ARE LIMITED

Our services are created individually using information submitted by you.

Once work begins, time, analysis, resources, and preparation have already been invested into your order.

For this reason, completed personalised services generally cannot be returned or transferred.

4. CANCELLATIONS

For digital products:

• orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins
• once a report or digital product is delivered or made available, cancellation is not possible

For consultations:

• cancellation requests submitted before service delivery may be reviewed at our discretion
• completed consultations are not eligible for cancellation or refund

5. EXCEPTIONS

Although our general policy is no refund, we may review requests in limited circumstances including:

• duplicate payment
• payment successfully received but service not delivered due to a technical issue on our side
• inability to access purchased digital content due to a system issue

Where appropriate, we may choose to:

• re-send the report
• restore access
• reschedule service delivery
• provide another reasonable solution

If delays or issues result from incorrect information submitted by you, we may not be responsible for non-delivery.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES

If you do not receive your report or purchased service, please contact us.

We will investigate and make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Where delivery has already been completed successfully, restoration or re-delivery may be offered instead of a refund.

7. PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you believe an error occurred, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We aim to resolve genuine concerns fairly and promptly.

Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may affect access to future services.

8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for:

• submitting accurate information
• providing the correct email address
• reviewing service descriptions before purchase
• verifying booking details
• contacting us promptly if an issue occurs

We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information submitted by customers.

9. FUTURE SERVICES

If Starologii introduces additional digital products, memberships, subscriptions, consultations, or premium services in the future, this policy will continue to apply unless separate terms are stated.
